Returns & Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds or replacements for change-of-mind purchases. However, if your item is faulty, you’re entitled to a refund, exchange, or store credit, just get in touch within 14 days of purchase.
Online Order Returns
Returns must be processed within 28 days of the original shipment date to be eligible for store credit or exchange.
If returned after 28 days, store credit will be issued (if an exchange isn’t requested).
Items returned over 12 months from shipment will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
All returns/exchanges must be in original condition and include a copy of your invoice. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
Faulty Items
We do not take responsibility for manufacturer defects.
If your product arrives faulty, email our team at [email protected] with your order number and photos/details of the issue within 5 days of delivery.

We recommend registered post, Hellbound is not liable for any items lost or damaged in transit.
What Happens Next
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it. If approved, we’ll issue a replacement, refund, or store credit via your original payment method.
You’ll be notified by email within 5 business days of our team receiving the return.

All orders (standard or express) are shipped via Australia Post.

Addresses are exported and printed automatically, so errors can slip through.
